South Lake Tahoe Epoxy Flooring & Concrete Polishing provides professional concrete flooring and surface coating services, including epoxy floor coatings, polyaspartic coatings, polished concrete, stained concrete, concrete resurfacing, surface preparation, and related work. Services are provided in South Lake Tahoe, CA and surrounding areas in the Lake Tahoe region.
All services are provided to residential and commercial property owners or their authorized representatives. We do not provide services to properties where we do not have proper authorization from the property owner.
The Site is provided for informational purposes only. Content on the Site describes our services, service areas, and general flooring information. It does not constitute a binding quote, warranty, or guarantee of results.
All pricing is based on a written estimate provided after an in-person inspection of your floor. Estimates are based on the conditions observed at the time of the site visit. If conditions differ from what was observed - for example, if hidden damage, additional moisture issues, or structural problems are discovered during work - we will notify you and provide a revised estimate before proceeding with additional work.
Verbal estimates, range quotes provided over the phone, or figures discussed before an on-site inspection are not binding and are subject to change after the floor is physically assessed. Written estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise noted.
Pricing does not include permits, inspections, or fees charged by third parties unless specifically listed in the written estimate.
Projects are scheduled after a signed agreement and, where required, a deposit are received. We make every effort to maintain the agreed schedule, but we reserve the right to reschedule due to weather conditions, temperature restrictions that affect product performance, or other circumstances outside our control.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as early as possible. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before a scheduled start date may result in forfeiture of any deposit paid. Specific cancellation terms will be detailed in your written agreement.
Concrete coatings require suitable temperature and humidity conditions to perform correctly. We will not install coatings in conditions that are likely to cause product failure. If conditions on the day of scheduled work are unsuitable, we will reschedule at no additional charge.
Payment terms will be set out in the written agreement for each project. In general, a deposit may be required to secure your place on the schedule, with the remaining balance due upon completion of the work. We accept payment by the methods listed in your written agreement.
Work will not begin until any required deposit is received. Final payment is due upon completion and before final project signoff. Accounts that remain unpaid beyond the agreed terms may be subject to a late fee and referral to a collections process.
Before work begins, you are responsible for:
Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in a delay, additional charges, or a reduced warranty on the completed work.
Any labor warranty provided by us will be set out in the written project agreement. In general, our warranty covers defects in workmanship for the period stated in your agreement. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper cleaning, modification of the floor after installation, or conditions that were not disclosed prior to the work.
Product warranties are provided by the manufacturer of the materials used and are separate from our labor warranty. We will provide manufacturer documentation upon request.
